Yorkshire Planning Consultants incorporating Cheryl Ward Planning have assisted some great clients over the last five years including the Peevor family at Murkside Country Cottages, Goathland, supporting their dream of creating a small rural business in the heart of the NY Moors.
YPC secured planning permission under delegated powers for conversion of outbuildings to 4 no. holiday cottages, conversion of detached rear barn to additional living accommodation, creation of parking area, landscaping works together with installation of 32 no. ground mounted solar panel array, installation of 13 kW ground source heat pump, installation of an underground LPG tank and creation of pond/wetland fed by 2 no. man-made water in-lets.
It was a great scheme to work on with these clients who were keen to ensure that the traditional fabric and intricate features of the site and buildings shine through in the development.
Dog Kennels at Roxby
